The villa Yarbaş ı is a new built detached villa with a full and uninterrupted sea view from each bedrooms window and terraces. The living accomodation comprises of 3 double/twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, large kitchen/dining area, utility room and very large living room with double patio doors leading to a large balcony with panoramic views. The kitchen has Ample amounts of crockery, cutlery and utensils with spacious fridge freezer, dish washer. The villa offers air conditioning, cable and sat tv, automatic washing machine. There is a large private garden and private swimming pool as well as a two car parking places. The garden and pool area are a relaxing retreat where you can enjoy a peaceful swim, sip a relaxing cocktail at sunset.

Gumuskaya area is located between the 2 towns of Yalikavak and Gumusluk which are wonderful little towns only 20 ? 25 mins from Bodrum itself. Gumuskaya is actually like a little village in its own right and consists of 634 properties spanning around 2 private bays. There is a regular mini bus service into both Yalikavak and Gumusluk and then onto Bodrum should you wish to travel in to see the sights of the Castle and marina. This area is well known for its sunsets and is really beautiful.
It is 5 minutes drive to Yalikavak and Gumusluk, 25 minutes to Bodrum and 40 minutes to the airport.

50% of the rental rate is being taken just on the reservation, the rest is being taken cash during the first day in the villa. You can do your payments by money transfer. ? 200 deposit is being taken. Electricity and water costs are included in the rental rate. .

135 Euro is required for departure cleaning.
