The villa is 5 mins walk to the beach where there is a good range of bars and restaurants. The beach is sandy and the sea is nearly always calm. Great for all ages. Other beaches near by offer quieter sunbathingand diving. Water sports are available locally.

The villa is on a small complex and very quiet and is surrounded by Olive groves. The local bus (dolmus) passes by at the end of the complex giving direct access to the town centre with its varied nightlife of bars, restaurants and shops.

Ephesus one of the seven wonders of the old world is a short 25 min bus ride away. There are also 2 large Aqua Parks just outside the town.
